This former farmhouse is surrounded by chestnut trees and the beautiful countryside of inland Galicia, near the canyon of the River Sil. Renovated in 2001, A Casa da Eira still maintains much of its original rustic charm. The stone buildings are filled with wood beams and cool wooden floors. It provides the ideal setting to enjoy a peaceful break in picturesque scenery. This traditional property is set in the charming village of Alberguería. Not far away you will find the Ribeira Sacra – an amazing lake surrounded by wooded hillsides. You can also visit the many ancient Romanesque monasteries found in the local area.
